Dynasty mode
Turn off violations in Dynasty mode. You can then budget more points to recruiting or game planning.
While playing in Dynasty mode, enter to the create/edit player option and select "Edit Player". In thes screen, you will see a list of players from each team. Push R or L to scroll up or down the between different teams, then select the team you want to use.Edit all of the team's players and their attributes and set them to 99.
