* Score at least 30,000 points, protect Cyclops and the civilians, and defeat Scorcher in Cyclops' bonus mission.
* Gambit
* Score at least 30,000 points, get as many data discs as possible, defeat as many enemies as possible, and reach the exit in Gambit's bonus mission.
* Green Goblin
* Score at least 30,000 points and set the charges within the time limit in the Green Goblin's bonus mission.
* Jean Grey
* Score at least 13,000 points, destroy all targets with exploding robots, and defeat Grey Gargoyle in Jean Grey's bonus mission.
* Songbird
* Score at least 15,000 points and lead the scientists to safety in Songbird's bonus mission.
* Thing
* Score at least 15,000 points, defeat Lizard and all other enemies in less than 9 minutes in The Thing's bonus mission.
* Venom
* Score at least 25,000 points and save Venom in his bonus mission.
