Successfully complete the game as Koga.

Successfully complete the game as Shippo.

Successfully complete the game as Kagome. If this does not work, complete the game as Inuyasha.

Successfully complete the game as Sesshomaru.

Alternately, go to Kagome's back pack and beat the records of the mini-games you played before. Basically, compare times and try not to get a very high score when you first play it.

Press (R1) immediately before the title screen to hear a Japanese message after the title. It varies depending on who says the title.
