New League:
Complete all the leagues of all the countries and then go to the player edit menu. There you will see a new button which says "Champions League." Select it and you will join into a league with the champions of all the countries.

Unlimated Money
When editing team data enter square,x,square,l2,l1. You should now be able to edit the teams bank balance.
