Unlock 2K Sports Jersey:
Win a game in any mode.
Unlock Eva Longoria Jersey:
Win the Best Fielder award in Franchise or MyPlayer mode.
Unlock MLB 2K10 Bat & Ball:
Win the batting title in either Franchise or My Player mode, or hit 150 homeruns.
Unlock MLB 2K10 Batting Helmet:
Hit a Grand Slam in any game mode.

If you don't want to lose your best players to free agency then go to your 'Mange Roster' menu and edit the player you want to keep. For example, if it is Carlos Zambrano you want to keep scroll to his contract and where you see the amount of money and years he has remaining lower the amount of money and add as many years as desired. By doing this you will never lose him until he retires.
