Press ~ to bring up the console, then enter sv_cheats 1 to enable cheat mode:

cg_thirdperson 0 - 3rd person view disabled
cg_thirdperson 1 - 3rd person view enabled
give - Get item
map brig - Hidden Level
notarget - Invisible
map - Level Select
cg_thirdpersonrange - Set 3rd person view range

No clipping - noclip
