Kick Off 2 cheats for PC

Press all the function keys in order during a match twice. "S12" and "S14" will appear in the top right corner. Your opponent's goal keeper will now be stuck to the spot.
Also by pressing the function keys in order you can sub your opponents goalie. When the Computer takes a penalty, press "R" and you will be able to choose where it kicks it.
